1- Can you ship cigars to my country?
Tobacco laws differ from country to country. In some, the importation of Cuban goods may be prohibited by law. We do not assume any responsibility for any taxes, delayed shipments or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs, since we are not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices worldwide. Is each customer’s responsibility to be fully aware of its domestic customs regulations.
2- Do you ship cigars with their original bands and seals on?
Our policy is to ship all cigars in their original boxes with their bands on. As part of the pre-shipping procedure, we may inspect each box for mold, tobacco beetle or any other possible damage. If you want to receive a sealed box please mention that in the comments section when you place your order.
3- How do you ship Cuban cigars?
We make sure that you will get your cigars fresh and in impeccable condition by packing each box using vacuum-seal for freshness and foam filler for protection inside a generic cardboard shipping box. This way, we ensure that your cigars will get to you safe and without the risk of any damage during transport.
4- How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical shipping times via  Registered International Priority mail are:
  • North America: 10-23 Days Business Days
  • Europe: 6-10 Business Days
  • Asia Pacific: 10-23 Business Days
  • Australia: 10-23 Business Days

PLEASE NOTE: The a.m. delivery times are based on normal circumstances. Please note that special situations (e.g. Holidays and unforeseen postal situations) may impact these times.
5- Do you guarantee delivery?
We guarantee delivery, except for cases such as:
  • wrong or insufficient address
  • theft of the packages on customer premise after delivery
  • extended absence of the customer during the delivery window of the package
Please note that the delivery guarantee does not cover replacement re-shipped packages for non-delivered orders.
6- What happens if my cigars do not arrive?
If a shipment does not arrive within 23 business days, we will give you the option to either request a refund or a reshipment. If the you choose the reshipping option, you will be waiving your right to a refund in the event that any of the packages do not show up at all. If both orders arrive at their destination, we will charge you for both orders – original and the reshipment.
7- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept only Visa online thrοugh our 256-bit SSL encrypted secure order page. All of your payment details are safely encrypted end-to-end using the latest SSL technology.

8- How come Cuban cigar prices vary so much from vendor to vendor?
There is a number of factors which impact the pricing of Cuban cigars from site to site, but the most common is taxation. Our duty-free zone warehouse in Switzerland along with our high sales volumes, gives us the ability to offer very competitive prices on Authentic Cuban cigars.
 9- When can I smoke the cigars I receive?
You can smoke the cigars immediately after receiving them. However,  we recommend you set them in your humidor for about a week, in order to allow them to recover from the 5-10 days of transit. Either way, we are confident you will enjoy your smoke.
10- What currency are your prices listed in?
All of our prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). You will be billed in USD as well.
11- Do you stock any aged cuban cigars?
Yes. We usually carry a nice selection of older Habanos, updated regularly from our suppliers, though this can be difficult at times and therefore our aged stock will fluctuate.
12- Do you guarantee the quality of older aged cigars?
In the case of older stock, we insist that we do open all boxes. Please consider that these boxes have been sitting in warehouses and may have been transported numerous times. Keep this in mind when ordering, even though we do try our very best to ensure you will receive the best quality possible.
 
13- Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. Our minimum order amount is 200 USD.
14- How do I return my cigars under the guarantee terms?
If goods are defective or broken on arrival please contact us within 7 days of receiving the cigars for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the cigars back to us. We will send a replacement or refund your money (according to your preference) as soon as the defective goods are received by us.
Please note we do NOT accept returns without prior authorization. Cuban cigars are not something you want to be sending without specific packaging and shipping instructions, due to delicate nature of the product.
