Terms And Conditions Our minimum order is $100 USD. All orders are subject to confirmation by Swiss Cigar Bank. All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change until Swiss Cigar Bank confirms delivery.
Shipping Details We ship in the original boxes with the bands. Your cigars will arrive fresh and in original impeccable condition. We vacuum pack all boxes and stuff the shipping boxes with foam so as to reduce any movement during transit. All of our packages come in unmarked boxes by Swiss Post. Delivery is approximately 5-10 Days for most of Europe, 10-23 Days for Asia, Pacific Rim, and North America.
Customs and Duties Information: All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay on the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know their own countries tobacco import laws and regulations before placing their order. There are countries where importation of Cuban goods may be prohibited. Please make sure you know the applicable laws pertaining to the purchase and importation of Cuban Cigars from abroad. Please understand that we are not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices all over the world. We assume that each customer is fully aware of the conditions and regulations applied by its domestic customs system.
Out of Stock We will NOT process your credit card until we have confirmed your order and we verify we still have the item(s) in stock. If Swiss Cigar Bank does not have the product in stock at the time of purchase, we will inform you accordingly.
Refund Policy If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order such as defective product, wrong quantity or item shipped or freight damage, we guarantee you a 100% refund, excluding shipping expenses, which will be credited in your Swiss Cigar Bank account. At least 96% of the order must be returned in its original package to Swiss Cigar Bank within 7 days of the product receipt. In case of lost shipments, Swiss Cigar Bank guarantees the reshipment of the order, if the non-reception of the order is proved. Returns for cigars will only be accepted with original cellophane sleeves, tubes, or other “individual” packaging still intact. Please note that, we will not accept returns for or cigars that you just do not like the flavor of and that have no quality issues. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition or freshness of any of our cigars or if you receive damaged merchandise, simply contact us, let us know the problem, and we will give you full return instructions and replace your order. All our cigars are stored in our electronically climate controlled conditions with a relative humidity of 65-68% at 16-18C to ensure quality and freshness.
